- 1 / 5By Isaac GondelI have had many problems with this domino's pizza's not being cut, them taking over an hour to find my house. Most the time when it says they will get to my place in 20-30 minutes it take 30-40 minutes some times longer. Today 9/2/1016 it took them about 15 minutes longer then the quoted time and when I called them 10 minutes after the quoted time all the manager said was well its only been 35 minutes i just told him really that's all you have to say. the quoted time for when my pizza should have been to my house was 15-25 minutes now I have no idea why it said 15 minutes and i never go by the 1st amount of time anyways. I ordered the pizza at 254 it didn't get to my place till 336. I will never buy from them again because the manager has no idea what customer service is. Now the delivery man was nice and good at customer service he should be the manager. I wanted to give it zero star's but it wont let me I have to give it at least one to post this.November 18, 2016
