Like the previous person mentioned, the batter was super moist and fluffy (tasted more like cake) and the frosting was delicious! It's not made of lard and as far as I can tell they might be using an Italian buttercream recipe. I had the Choc. frosting w/ vanilla cake YUM.October 29, 2016
